I also just made my first

I also just made my first small movie some days ago in a similar way you do. The first movies you make have not to be perfect. The most important thing is that you have a lot of fun! ;-)

I think that the fact there is technology like this available for free is just amazing - I had no idea I would definitely pay top dollar for a more powerful program. :)

Hi Mo, nice to hear from you!

Me, chat-up lines? I don't need them, obviously.

I'm soon to be an ex-Talisian (next week) by the way. I'm moving to Intel.

Nice movie, Elliot. The ending was quite funny!

Have you tried using the phrase "climb on my back and I'll fly you home!" as a chat up line? :-p

Your right there will soon

Your right there will soon become a tipping point where the need for real actors will only be needed to voice the parts.
This i think will be a real shame as there is nothing better that sitting down and watching your favourite actor on screen.

graph

Great thing that such apps are available with no fee. I understand that it's only a piece of graphic made for fun but it shows how much potential is hidden inside metal box with CPU. Soon actors will extinct as the computer models will show everything that is needed on screen. By now we have seen many computer models looking like actors but used in fast action sequences, soon the technology will become even more sophisticated and every scene will be available to make without living person. That is something worthy seeing. I guess when will I see first movie without actors with such advanced graphic that I wouldn't noticed that there are not living actors.

Above is the first movie I've made with xtranormal, called Ex-super villain first date. Not sure how I've never come across this site before, but it is a fantastic piece of web engineering: an in-browser (Flash), animated movie creation application. Basic accounts are free, and give you a pretty good range of stuff you can do. The interface is very simple and intuitive. It seems best suited to the sort of stilted absurdist style I attempted above, which took me maybe an hour to put together. Much fun.
